Leaving his role as Global Brand Director at Cadbury, Rolston will be moving to a position as Marketing Director at Muller Dairy. Rolston has been with Cadbury since 2007, when he moved there from Whitbread.
This is the latest incident of high level executives leaving Cadbury since it was bought out by Kraft earlier this year. Mark Reckitt, the company’s Chief Strategy Officer, and Marketing Director Phil Rumbol have already left the company, while Murray McGowan, Global Commercial Strategy Director; Sanjay Purohit, Cadbury's Asia-Pacific Head for Chocolates and Geoff Whyte, Commercial Director of Cadbury Africa, Middle East, are still rumored to be quitting.
The news comes as a survey by DC Advisory Partners reveals that half of Britain’s top executives support the introduction of a so-called “Cadbury Law” that would prevent takeovers similar to the Kraft-Cadbury buy-out in future.
